Delete your account

In the app

Go to Settings → Delete account. Your account is deleted straight away, with everything in it:

• Your profile, workouts and measurements
• Health data synced to prform
• Coach conversations and notes, including GLP-1 and cycle details
• Friends and social activity
• API keys and connected assistants
• Custom exercises and programs
• Usage data

prform’s data on your phone is cleared too, period dates included.

By email

Email hello@prform.co from the address you sign in with, subject “Delete my account”. I’ll delete everything within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What stays

• Anything prform sent to Apple Health, Health Connect or Strava. Remove it there.
• Videos and photos, which only live on your phone.
• Server logs, until they expire.
